Finalist creates unique Lodge Restaurant
MasterChef finalist Kathryn Minchew has successfully turned her Authentic Garden Lodge (sourced and installed by us) into a beautiful, unique restaurant called ‘Gloucester Studio’. Understandably, it is thought to be one of the smallest restaurants in the world!
Kathryn and her Lodge restaurant featured on ‘Hidden Restaurants with Michel Roux Jr’ and offers a delicious 10-course menu in the comfort & luxury of our Authentic Arctic lodge. As well as providing an original dining experience, Kathryn also runs cookery courses in her Lodge!
Gloucester Studio is another example of the versatility of our Garden structures. If you can dream it, you can do it!
