The data we collect is provided by you if you use our website enquiry form, call/email us to ask for information, sign up for more information at our Exhibitions or place an order. These personal details will include your name, email, full address and telephone number. 

We collect this information so that we can respond to your enquiry, keep in touch with you about our products in the future and to process any orders that you make. We ask for telephone numbers in case there is a problem with your email address and to contact you directly should we require further information to fulfil your request. 

Bank details are only taken in certain instances to place a deposit on one of our structures. These forms are stored securely.  

We hold details for customers in order for us to fulfil our contractual obligation, maintain our excellent customer relations and for our accounting purposes and these are never shared with third parties unless it is essential for us to provide you with our services or we are required to do so for legal reasons. For example, we will need to share your name and address if we need to deliver a purchase to you. 

Your data is stored only in hard copies which is stored in a locked filing cabinet and only accessible to our staff members.  

We hold essential personal data for accounting purposes for a period of seven years following your purchase. If you enquire to Garden Exteriors we will hold your details to let you know about future offers etc. Due to the nature of our product and how it is often something people have to save for over the years, we will keep your details unless you let us know you would no longer like to hear from us anymore. which the details are destroyed.
